50035 companyNotActiveErr

Did you encounter the 50035 companyNotActiveErr on your course? Then this article is for you.

This error occurs most likely when you are using an old version of your course that could have reached its registration cap or expiration date. The solution is to move your enrollment to the latest version or the active dispatch of the course.

There are two ways to get this resolved, and we will be walking through both steps in this article.

  1. Re-enroll on the course: Re-enrolling on the course is one way to change the version of the enrollment you have on the course to the latest version, and it should allow you to take the course as long as the dispatch for the course is still active. Click HERE to visit the Knowledge Base on how to re-enroll users.

  2. Reach out to us: There is an option in SCORM Cloud that we can change for all your custom courses to always move existing registrations to the latest version. This will make sure that all your courses are on the correct version, and it should prevent the error from happening.

If none of these provided solutions were able to help, we highly suggest contacting your producer because the error could also be caused by the amount of usage on your dispatch.
