If your learners take a course and it shows incomplete here's what a company manager can do to resolve it.
Disclaimer: Whenever a learner is done with a course make sure they do not close out of the tab. Make sure they click "Return to LMS" then "Close Section"
From your Dashboard, under the "Reporting Section", click on the "Course Results" Link
Using the filters on the left side, filter by the course that your learners are having issues with. Once you have filtered for the course you should see all of the courses that are marked "Incomplete". Find the learners and go to the right side of the page. You should see a checkmark icon. Click on the checkmark.
Input the score the learner received and click save.
Your learners will now show complete with the score you set.
