Is there a course missing on the enrollment screen?

If you can see the course in your catalog but not on the enrollment screen, then this is the article for you.

Are you trying to enroll your learners in a course you found in your catalog but cannot seem to find the exact same course in the enrollment screen? There are a couple of reasons this could happen, but usually it is because an updated version of that course is already out and available for use. 

 

 

If this is the case, then there are not many other options but to ask Support, and to save a little time, you can directly provide the list of users you want to enroll and the SKU, and Support will do it for you if applicable.
