SCORM/VOD Dispatch: Is there a way to fix playback issues?

If you are experiencing the "Failed to Execute" error or "Request Media Key" error, then this article is for you.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience the recent Closed Captioning (CC) error has caused. We are pleased to announce that we have developed a permanent, robust solution that works seamlessly across all LMS platforms.

What is the Change?

The previous issue: Required users to select a specific "English Course with Multi-Language CC" version.

The new solution: Subtitles are now directly integrated into our primary language courses. The core English Course and Spanish Course will now include built-in subtitle options for both languages.

This change simplifies course selection and ensures reliable subtitle delivery for everyone.

Course Transition Plan

We are actively updating our entire library.

  • New Standard: Starting with AT213 and all future releases, we will no longer offer the separate "English Course with Multi-Language CC."

  • Older Courses (Prior to AT213): If you are currently experiencing this issue with a course released before AT213, please reach out to our support team. We will prioritize the adjustment of your specific course to unblock your immediate use.
