SCORM: Error "A fatal error has occurred, communication with the server has been lost."

Prerequisites:

• Learning Management Tool (LMS)
• SCORM Dispatch file of a course

Do you encounter the error shown in the screenshot below? If you do, then we might have a solution for you.

This error occurs when your LMS is trying to decrypt Atlantic Training content. Doing so will throw an error since our content is protected from decryption.

A known solution for this issue is to include "cloud.scorm.com" and ".cloud.scorm.com" on your no-decrypt content filtering list.
