Have you added courses to your group but noticed that your learners haven't been enrolled? This article provides guidance to help you resolve the issue.

Assigning courses to groups simplifies training management for teams and departments. Previously, when you added new courses to an existing group, only newly added members were automatically enrolled—current members did not receive access to these courses by default. To ensure that all members had access to the latest training, you needed to manually remove and re-add everyone in the group, which was inconvenient.
Now, this new enhancement allows you to instantly enroll all group members in newly added courses with just a single click.
If you look at the groups list, there is a new column added and it contains the button to trigger auto enrolled courses again.
A confirmation window will appear, and clicking "Yes" will automatically proceed with the enrollment process.
After confirmation, you’ll see how many enrollments were successfully created.
