How To: Import Records
If you have records from outside of WAVE that you'd like to import, follow the instructions below.
Applicable Role: Company Managers
Prerequisites:
- WAVE account
- Access to records and permission to create one (If you believe you should have the permission, please reach out to support HERE)
Step-by-step guide:
1. Log into your WAVE account and click the "Records" drop-down, then click "Mass Create Records" underneath Reporting.

2. Download the sheet highlighted to populate with the required information.

3. Once populated correctly, click 'choose file', select the .csv sheet that you've saved then click 'upload'.

4. Verify all information is correct without errors then click 'Import' if all information is correct.

If errors were found, you'll receive the following type of message. Correct any errors and re-upload your .csv file.

5. Congratulations! Import was successful, continue to your dashboard!
