How to: Empty Cache and Hard Reload

Are you getting sent to the preview page of the course from your course list? Then this article is for you.

If you are getting sent to a screen similar to the one shown below when clicking on your courses, then there may be an issue with how your browser cached the domain.

This issue can be easily resolved with just a couple of steps listed below.

  1. Go to your "My Courses."
  2. Once you are in your course list, go ahead and open the console by pressing F12 on your keyboard, or right-click anywhere on the screen and click "inspect."
  3. Once the console is open, you should now be able to right-click the refresh button, and it will show you three options. Go ahead and click on "Empty Cache and Hard Reload."
