How to: Edit OSHA 10/30 Certificates

If you want to learn how to edit PDF files, then this article is for you. This article will also show you an alternative option if you do not have Adobe Acrobat

Instructions for Adobe Acrobat or any program that can edit PDFS:
 
If you have Adobe Acrobat, then follow these instructions. If you do not, don’t worry. Please follow the other instructions provided below.
 
  1. Download the PDF version of the certificate you need and open it in Acrobat.
  2. Locate the' Edit' option in the upper left-hand corner of Adobe Acrobat. It may also be found on the side menu as “Edit PDF.” 
  3. The fill boxes have been already provided for you. Just replace “INSERT NAME HERE” and “DATE HERE” with the name of the person receiving the certificate and the current date.
  4. Save the PDF again to keep your changes; you’re done!


Instructions if you don’t have Adobe Acrobat or can’t edit PDFS:

  1. Download the PNG version of the file.
  2. Go to the website or program of your choice.
  3. Load the PNG into your program.
  4. Find the text or edit option and add a text box over the provided dotted line.
  5. Fill in your text with both your name and date.
  6. Save the PNG to keep your changes; you’re done!
