How To: Create an Incident Report

Had an incident happen on-site? Using Wave you can keep a record of that incident safe, secure, and easy to manage.

From your Dashboard, you will want to go to the "Reporting" section, click the dropdown menu for "Records", and click "Create New Record"



On the "Create Record" screen you will want to click the drop-down for "Record Type" and select "Incident"



Fill out any needed info then click any of the save buttons.


Once you have saved the Record you then have the ability to attach any user to the record. To do this you will want to navigate to the "Users" section.



Click the "Add User(s) to Record" button.



Then select your user(s), whether they were involved or were a Witness, then click "Add User(s) to Record(s)"
