How To: Access Written Materials in My Streaming Account?

First, you must be enrolled in the streaming account to 'unlock' the materials. Let's show you how!

Choose your title from the catalog. You'll see that if you click on the written materials section that they are locked. These will become unlocked once you enroll in the course which will move it over to your "My Courses" section on the upper left hand corner.

Once clicking enroll, you'll receive the below message in which it's telling you it will reserve (not use) 1 view for this course to move it over into your courses. Click on yes.

At this time, the written materials will now be unlocked for you for the course(s) you chose. Click on any of the document names to download them to your browser. You will then be able to edit those that are editable and print as many copies as needed.
