This article will walk you through how to access your SCORM dispatch files.
1. Begin on your Dashboard under 'Courses' and select 'Dispatches'.
2. To download your Dispatches you can check the box indicated by the first red arrow which will select ALL files or you can click each individual course if there are only a few at a time you want to download. Either route between those two choices, you'll then click the green download button on the right side indicated in the red box.
Should you wish to only download one file at a time rather than multiple, please click the download arrow on the right of the screen which is indicated within the green box.
The file will download into a .zip file. When uploading this file we recommend uploading the whole folder rather than opening the file.
When mass downloading, the files will condense to one main zip file. When uploading to your LMS, please open the main zip file and then select each smaller zip file individually to upload. Do not click into those smaller zip files, only click on them once to select them for upload.
3. To preview course footage, click the URL link highlighted in yellow. This will then take you to the course page allowing you to preview course footage before uploading to your LMS.
4. To export your SCORM dispatch data into a CSV or Excel file, please select the dispatches you'd like to export using the selection feature shown in step two but rather than choosing the download button, choose the file type from the drop-down then click on EXPORT.
You are then able to use this list to add all files and descriptions into your LMS.
*Please note, whoever is downloading the files from the sheet must be logged in to the WAVE account in which the files are being pulled from.
