How To: Search Through my Dispatch Files

Have a recently purchased account containing our SCORM Dispatch files and need to know how to look for a specific training? Here are some tips on how to search for a course on your dispatch files. 

Applicable Role: Company Managers 

Prerequisites:

  • SCORM Dispatch account
  • SCORM Dispatch Files

Step-by-step guide:

1. First, log in to your account, and from there you can already see your dispatch files on your dashboard. From here, you can make use of the filter tab to search for a specific course you're looking for in your dispatch files.

2. You can input the SKU or the Name of the course that you are looking for by putting it on their   respective tabs then hit Filter.

3. Please take note that when searching by Name and inputting a certain keyword, it will display all similar titles with that keyword but that should narrow down your search for the course that you're looking for. Searching by SKU is a quicker approach since it is unique for every title.
